- Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 10days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original, undamaged packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.
- Exclusions: Products damaged by you, or damage not due to poor manufacturing processes. Items marked “final sale” cannot be returned.
- Free Returns Procedure
We offer free returns for all orders within South Africa.
- How to return: Email us at enquiries@inventorlab.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping: We will arrange a courier of our choice to collect your return item if it fall outside of our delivery/returns area.
- Damaged or Defective Goods
If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 daysof delivery. We will replace the item or offer a full refund, including shipping costs. Defective items must not have been damaged by incorrect usage or neglect.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
