Shipping Policy for Inventorlab

1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you of the lead time to manufacture the item, if manufacturing can not be done in a reasonable time(14 days) we will refund you the total amount of out of stock items, using your original method of payment.
2. Shipping Location
Our items are shipped within South Africa. We currently do not offer international shipping.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within [e.g., 1–3] business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Products that need to be manufactured, can take up to 14 days to be shipped.
4. Shipping Methods and Times
We use standard courier services. Estimated delivery times are:
  • Major Centres (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 2–4 business days.
  • Regional/Outlying Areas: 4–7 business days.
  • Please note: These are estimates and not guarantees.
5. Shipping Costs
  • Flat Rate: A flat rate of R100 applies to all orders under R500.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is offered for orders under 10km from our business address.
    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
6. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number, which you can use to check your order’s status.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Items
If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier company or our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
